You Are: You are a motivated and technically strong Application Engineer with a passion for verification flows, AI and agentic solutions, and customer enablement. You enjoy working hands-on with advanced verification tools and thrive in environments where learning, collaboration, and problem-solving are key. With a solid foundation in ASIC design and verification concepts, you are eager to deepen your expertise and apply it in real-world customer engagements. You are comfortable working in Unix-based environments, writing TCL scripts, and navigating complex verification flows. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting customers by enabling and troubleshooting software verification flows Deploying Synopsys advanced AI and agentic solutions for software verification in customer environments, including setup, execution, and analysis Collaborating with the R&D team on the development of new agentic solutions for software verification, providing customer feedback, use cases, and field insights Running and supporting Synopsys verification and debug flows, including setup, execution, and analysis Assisting customers with tool usage, flow understanding, and best practices for software verification Working closely with experienced Application Engineers to learn customer environments and project requirements Analyzing design and verification issues and providing clear, practical guidance to resolve technical challenges Collaborating with internal Synopsys teams to escalate, track, and resolve tool or flow-related issues Contributing to continuous improvement of verification flows, methodologies, and customer support processes The Impact You Will Have: Supporting key global accounts by ensuring successful adoption and usage of Synopsys verification tools and AI and agentic solutions Helping customers achieve efficient, high-quality software verification using industry-leading technology and AI solutions. Strengthening Synopsys’ reputation as a trusted technical partner through responsive and knowledgeable support Accelerating customer productivity by enabling smooth verification flows and effective problem resolution Contributing to long-term customer success and satisfaction in advanced ASIC designs What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Understanding of ASIC design and verification concepts and the software verification flow Hands-on experience or familiarity with SystemVerilog , UVM and verification methodology.
