Terms of use

The service
RecentlyPostedJobs.com indexes publicly posted software, data science and other technical requisitions so you can see when they first appeared on an employer’s career site. We are not a staffing agency and we do not guarantee that any role is open, accurate, or a fit for you.
Apply with the employer
Clicking Apply sends you to the hiring company’s page. Their terms, privacy policy, and hiring decisions govern that application. We are not a party to it.
Ownership and permitted personal use
Job descriptions, employer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We reserve rights, where applicable, in our original text, design, software, and the selection and arrangement of our listings and source-verification information. We do not claim exclusive ownership of public facts or of employers’ original job postings.
You may browse the service for your own job search, save individual listings for personal use, and share links to our pages. Ordinary accessibility tools and user-directed assistance for an individual job search are permitted, provided they do not perform bulk extraction, bypass controls, or redistribute our content as a dataset or service.
Permission for search-engine indexing
We permit legitimate public search engines, including Google and Bing, to crawl publicly accessible pages in accordance with our crawler directives for the purpose of indexing them and displaying search results, links and customary previews that help users discover this website. This permission does not extend to creating or supplying a substitute job board, a bulk data feed, a competing database, or an unrelated training dataset.
Permission for official AI-service crawlers
We also permit the official crawlers and user-requested page fetchers operated by OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity that are named in our robots.txt to access public pages for their documented search, retrieval, citation, answer-generation and service purposes. This includes model development and training by OpenAI’s GPTBot and Anthropic’s ClaudeBot. This permission extends only to rights we can grant and remains subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
This provider-specific permission is an exception to the automated-access restrictions below for those stated purposes. It does not authorize private users, customers, contractors or other parties to use these providers’ tools or services to bulk-extract our listings, reconstruct our database, or operate a competing job service. It does not authorize redistribution of our collection as a standalone dataset or job feed. Other AI providers require an explicit crawler permission or written approval.
Crawler-specific permissions in our robots.txt apply only to the genuine operator of the identified crawler. Using a Googlebot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot or other allowed user-agent name does not grant permission. Search-engine and AI-service access do not authorize access to private systems or endpoints, bypassing rate limits, or evading technical controls.
Prohibited scraping, extraction and competitive reuse
Except for the permitted uses above, our prior written permission, or rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict, you must not:
- Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, browser automation, AI agents or other automated tools to systematically collect or extract listings, employer directories, posting histories, verification information, or other service data.
- Copy, harvest or accumulate substantial portions of the service, including through repeated small requests, manual collection at scale, or multiple accounts, devices or IP addresses.
- Republish, sell, sublicense, syndicate or redistribute extracted content or data, or use it to build, populate, train, operate or improve a competing job board, aggregator, database, API or other substitute service.
- Use an intermediary, contractor, proxy service or AI coding assistant to carry out extraction or reuse that you are not permitted to perform yourself.
- Bypass rate limits, access restrictions, authentication, blocks or other technical controls; disguise automated traffic; or impersonate an authorized search-engine crawler.
- Access private database systems, credentials, scraper administration or nonpublic endpoints, or attempt to interfere with the availability or security of the service.
Public visibility, the absence of a login requirement, or a technically reachable read endpoint does not by itself grant permission for bulk extraction or competitive reuse. These restrictions concern your use of this service; they do not prevent you from obtaining information independently from an employer or another source under that source’s own terms and applicable law.
Access restrictions and permissions
We may limit or block access that violates these terms or threatens the service, and may pursue remedies available under applicable law. Permission requests for integrations, research, redistribution or other automated access must be sent to [email protected] before access begins. Permission must be explicit and in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent yourself as an employer, submit deceptive information, or use the service unlawfully. No provision of these terms excludes rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disclaimer
The feed is provided “as is.” Dates depend on what employer systems expose. Some portals block datacenter access; those companies may be missing. We are not liable for lost applications, missed roles, or hiring outcomes.
