You are the person who walks into a room where Engineering, Legal, DevOps, and Security are all talking past each other and finds the thread that gets everyone aligned on what actually needs to happen by Q3. You do not need a perfect roadmap to start, you build it as you go, adjusting when reality shifts without losing sight of the outcome that matters. You have rolled out processes that stuck. Not the ones that looked good in the kickoff deck, the ones people actually use six months later because you built them with the teams, not for them. You think in systems, you communicate in plain language, and you know how to move a matrixed organization without formal authority. At Synopsys, you will lead programs that reshape how thousands of engineers build, release, and qualify software that powers the semiconductor industry. What You'll Be Doing Lead corporate-level engineering transformation programs that change how Synopsys develops, releases, and qualifies software products across global teams Define and roll out scalable processes for product development, release management, and compliance, working directly with product teams to ensure adoption sticks Guide cross-functional product teams through industry standard compliance requirements, translating regulatory and market needs into executable engineering plans
