Your impact begins on day one, and your contributions will help define our future in the region ​ What you have Key Responsibilities ​ ▪ Design, develop, test, and deliver reliable and scalable solutions as part of an Agile Scrum team supporting the thinkorswim platform. ▪ Independently implement development stories and features throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through testing, deployment, and production support. ▪ Apply strong software development principles and practices while mentoring and coaching junior team members. ▪ Support, troubleshoot, and triage production issues to help maintain resilient, secure, and high-performing systems that minimize client impact. ▪ Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology partners to define strategy and scope software requirements, decompose stories, design features, and prioritize technical tasks. ▪ Deliver new concepts and platform capabilities while working closely with development peers and cross-functional partners in an Agile environment. ▪ Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering improvements that enhance software quality, maintainability, and performance. ▪ Use automated software testing tools and frameworks, including unit, integration, regression, and test-driven development practices, to achieve high-quality software delivery. ​ Required Qualifications: ​ ▪ Ability to independently implement development stories from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, and delivery ▪ 4+ Years Experience developing software applications using Java ▪ Working knowledge of Spring Boot and common software development patterns ▪ Understanding of concurrency and multithreading concepts ▪ Understanding of relational databases and the ability to write efficient SQL queries ▪ Experience with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and automated software testing ▪ Ability to troubleshoot application issues and participate in production support and incident response ▪ Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment ▪ Ability to analyze requirements, evaluate technical constraints, and contribute to software design decisions ▪ Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, business stakeholders, QA, infrastructure, and technology teams ▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience ▪ Experience with Java 21 features and modern Java development practices ▪ Experience developing or supporting high-transaction, distributed, real-time, or mission-critical applications ▪ Experienc
