Find latest jobs when other sites are not showing latest jobs

The search “find latest these are not latest jobs” is what happens when a board’s latest sort is a repost. This page is the last 48 hours of technical roles by the employer’s original publish time.

Why “latest” goes stale

A board can float a role because a recruiter paid for a refresh, a user clicked it, or the same req was duplicated. The word latest then describes the board’s sort, not the day the company opened the job.

Here the sort key is original_posted_at. If that time is missing or looks like a backfill, the role never enters the list. You see a shorter list on purpose.

What to do with a 48-hour list

Treat anything under a day as the live edge, and anything near 48 hours as still early but no longer first. Titles, cities, and remote flags are on the row. The employer page is the full ad.

How this stays honest

We would rather show an empty morning than stamp old reqs as latest. The methodology page records the rule: same requisition id, one first-seen life, no second week earned by reposting.
