The Role Veeva Vault CRM Align is a field planning application for roster management, territory management, engagement planning, and integrated field feedback, and it provides future alignment and engagement plans into our agentic CRM. We are looking for a strong consultant who can serve as a trusted advisor and expert for our customers on the product. This role requires a blend of product expertise, consulting acumen, and a passion for customer success. This is a remote, full-time, permanent role supporting multiple customers in a shared, dedicated capacity. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving long-term customer success.
