We seek a motivated, talented Staff Engineer to design, deliver and maintain our Integration platforms and enable Automation and AI capabilities. As part of the Platform engineering team, you will lead discussions on design approaches to solving visible, strategic, and complex business problems. We've learned a lot during our growth and are now going to re-imagine the future of the platform engineering on which all integration platforms will run. You'll join our growing Platform engineering team, and you will report to the team's Engineering Manager. What you’ll need Our team is looking for people with a passion for technology, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to try new things to drive better solutions and get results. You will be working with across platform / product teams, vendors to strategically plan and deliver the platform features. You will need to break down complex problems into steps that drive successful deliverable while keeping quality and security as the priority. Work with Solution Assurance to establish and deliver sound designs. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, Integration, and cloud technologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Actively collaborate with and align to integration, information, security & infrastructure teams Foster collaboration across global teams and promote a positive, inclusive culture. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software engineering implementing complex integration solutions Responsible for achieving operational excellence as part of delivering solutions Create Estimates, Design, Code, COTS configuration for platforms. Strong familiarity with Standard Integration patterns and Middleware platforms. Experience designing and developing cloud native and hybrid integration. Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) Experience with B2B technologies (EDI, Cleo Harmony, EEI), including vendor onboarding, mapping, and integration monitoring/troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Experience with networks, security groups, F5 , DNS, DMZ and other infrastructure components Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, MQ, SQS Experience with Integration and API technology such as Boomi, Google APIgee, Azure APIM Experience with Application Hosting technology such as IBM WAS, Azure App Services Knowledge with ESB using (IBM ACE, Azure Service Bus) Exposure in some on-premises to cloud migration Experience (Azure) Knowledge of DevSecOps Tools (Jenkins, CI/CD, PowerShell, GIT, Vault) Knowledge of security and compliance best practices Experience with Data Integration ETL/ELT and CDC technologies – IBM DataStage, FiveTran, Infosphere Experience with Managed File Transfer (Progress MOVEit & WSFTP) In addition to our open door policy and supportive work environment, we also strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package.
