Key job responsibilities - Design and develop complex software solutions for AI agent systems, providing technical leadership through the full development lifecycle including design, code, testing, deployment, and maintenance - Lead other engineers on the team, mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables that follow best practices - Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, technical specifications, and architectural designs for new AI-powered customer experiences - Implement operational excellence by identifying and resolving root causes of operational issues, balancing new feature development with operational improvements - Document software architecture, implementation details, and operational procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability of the team's products About the team Our new team is focused on building a platform to support SDO's Agentic AI applications.
