GSB Solutions - Business Intelligence & Operations Lead Description - The Business Intelligence & Operations Lead owns the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the GSB Solutions Business Operating System, leveraging data, analytics, automation, and governance processes to provide leadership with the insights, performance management capabilities, and decision frameworks required to scale the software and solutions business globally. Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end assessment and transformation of the GSB Solutions data ecosystem , mapping business processes, systems, and data flows across R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Contracts, Operations, and Finance. Establish a clear understanding of data dependencies, governance requirements, and business models across Large Format and Industrial businesses, including direct and indirect go-to-market channels. Define and implement a unified business intelligence framework for all GSB Solutions software and solutions offerings. Partner with key stakeholders to align KPI requirements, standardize performance metrics, prioritize business needs, and establish a scalable roadmap for reporting automation, analytics, and decision support. Develop actionable business insights and performance analytics by analyzing business trends, sales performance, customer adoption, revenue streams, renewal dynamics, and operational metrics. Translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Design and operationalize scalable business management processes and governance mechanisms , including reporting models, executive dashboards, business reviews, forecasting processes, and performance cadences. Ensure leadership teams have timely, accurate, and actionable visibility into business performance. Serve as a strategic business partner to GSB Solutions leadership , driving cross-functional alignment, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and enabling a data-driven operating model that supports accelerated growth and business scale in FY27 and beyond. Key Requirements: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are considered a strong advantage in a global business environment. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence , Machine Learning, and Agentic AI technologies, with a demonstrated ability to apply these capabilities to business intelligence, performance management, process automation, predictive analytics, and decision-support systems. Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Finance, or Business Operations , with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities. Solid understanding of software, services, subscription, or solutions businesses , including key business metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue, adoption, retention, renewals, and profitability. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities , combining analytical rigor with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach. Strong financial and business acumen , with the ability to interpret P&L performance, revenue streams, business drivers, and operational KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
