Deine Aufgaben Aufbau und Pflege enger technischer Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden und Distributoren weltweit sowie Sicherstellung eines hohen Servicelevels Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Vertriebsmitarbeiter sowie Schnittstelle zwischen Markt und internen Fachbereichen Technische Auslegung unserer Produkte im Kontext kundenspezifischer Anwendungen und Anforderungen Erstellung technischer Angebote auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen, Anlagenparametern und Applikationsbedingungen Analyse kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und Entwicklung geeigneter technischer Lösungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung, Einkauf, Auftragsabwicklung und Montage Organisation und Durchführung von Produkt- und Anwendungsschulungen für Kunden, sowohl intern als auch vor Ort beim Kunden Durchführung von Produkttests, Demonstrationen und technischen Vorführungen inhouse sowie bei Kunden vor Ort Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Messen als technischer Ansprechpartner und Repräsentant von PSG Aufnahme und Bewertung von Kundenfeedback sowie aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Technologien Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Anwendungs- und Systemexpertise sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen im Rahmen von Gewährleistungs- und Servicefällen Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Bio- und Pharmatechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung (alternativ: technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker) Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld mit Kundenkontakt Erfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, idealerweise in den Bereichen Pumpentechnologie, Fluidtechnik, Chemie, Halbleiterindustrie oder Biopharma Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Anlagen- und Kundenanforderungen Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Teams Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen Warum PSG?
