Job description
Seeking an IC4 Software Development Engineer to build and enhance ITSR, Oracle’s AI-powered employee IT support service. The role will focus on ChatGPT/Codex plugin development, Python backend services, and integrations with Slack, Jira Service Management, MyHelp, knowledge sources, and Oracle APIs.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Python, REST APIs, SaaS integrations, cloud-native development, CI/CD, and production support. Preferred experience includes Slack and ITSM integrations, AI agents, MCP, RAG, OCI, and enterprise security. Key responsibilities include delivering ticketing and escalation workflows, improving performance and reliability, supporting AI and knowledge integrations, and contributing to testing, documentation, releases, and production operations.
