What you have Role Description Join an opportunity to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data, analytics, visualization, and workflow automation solutions that directly improve business decision-making. You will shape modern BI solutions across Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, and Power Automate while establishing scalable engineering patterns supported by strong SQL, data modeling, and semantic-layer expertise. This highly visible role provides the opportunity to influence technical direction, modernize legacy reporting, and help expand trusted self-service analytics across the organization. You will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, data engineers, architects, risk partners, and platform teams to turn complex or ambiguous needs into secure, maintainable solutions. As a senior technical leader, you will mentor developers, promote engineering excellence, and help define the next generation of enterprise BI and Power Platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Power Platform solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced SQL. Lead technical discovery with business and technology partners, translating ambiguous objectives into actionable solution designs, delivery roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes. Own the end-to-end technical delivery of high-visibility analytics products, including data analysis, SQL development, semantic models, dashboards, applications, automated workflows, testing, deployment, and production support. Establish reusable development standards, reference architectures, design patterns, source-control practices, release processes, and quality controls for BI and Power Platform development. Drive modernization and rationalization initiatives, including Tableau-to-Power BI migration, report consolidation, process automation, technical-debt reduction, and retirement of redundant analytics assets. Architect governed Power BI semantic models and reusable Tableau data assets that promote consistent metrics, trusted business definitions, scalability, and self-service analytics. Analyze complex data structures, embedded business logic, source-system dependencies, and SQL queries to identify data-quality, performance, reconciliation, and migration risks. Ensure solutions adhere to applicable security, privacy, accessibility, data-governance, change-management, and operational-support requirements. Partner with platform administrators, data engineers, application teams, and architects to integrate enterprise data sources, APIs, gateways, connectors, and cloud services.
