Senior AI Engineer

If you are a Senior AI Engineer looking for an opportunity to lead the delivery of production AI solutions, enable others, and advance the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you. Based in Bologna, you will partner across Emerson's global Pressure Management organization to turn complex business needs into secure, reliable, and scalable AI capabilities. This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role spanning AI engineering, employee enablement, and the application of established AI governance. You will independently own complex and ambiguous AI initiatives from discovery through production support, make and communicate significant technical design decisions, and provide technical leadership through expertise, coaching, peer review, and influence rather than people management.
