Play a key role in the provisioning process automation using a suite of ordering, pre-provisioning, inventory, build, assignment, provisioning, activation, dispatch, test and turn up, and tasking systems. Interact with IT and business management for articulating problems and presenting/reporting project statuses. Interact with IT developers and vendor resources to help them understand the business need and during design discussions and creation of user stories. Gather business requirements and participate in architecture and develop or code the features to the specification. Mentor junior engineers and be actively involved in technical design and code reviews. Keep up with industry best practices in software engineering. Apply new strategies to solve existing issues. Responsible for software development, microservices development, system design, workflow management tools, cloud architecture and message bus. Provide technical solutions using the following: Java; Apache Camel, PostgreSQL; workflow orchestration using Bonita, Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM); AWS; DevOps Tools such as Jira, Jenkins, SonarQube, GitLab, Fortify or Artifactory; Elastic Search; and Data Analytics using Tableau. What we’re looking for... Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Senior Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include: 4 years in the following: Java; software development, microservices development, system design, workflow management tools, cloud architecture and message bus; Apache Camel, PostgreSQL; 3 years in the following: Workflow Orchestration using Bonita, RHPAM; AWS; and DevOps Tools such as Jira, Jenkins, SonarQube, GitLab, Fortify or Artifactory; and 2 years in the following: Elastic Search. Hybrid role, ability to work from home. Must Reference: CBDEVS-W Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
