We're looking for a passionate, team-oriented, and talented Software Development Engineer with experience building innovative platforms and experiences that customers love. This is a unique opportunity to get in early and drive significant portions of the technical roadmap. Key job responsibilities - Design and build low-latency, highly scalable systems that enable thousands of concurrent advertisers to deliver unique experiences to millions of customers. - Contribute across the full software development lifecycle — from product definition and scoping through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews, providing meaningful feedback to teammates. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, data engineers, and fellow software engineers to translate business requirements into reliable, performant solutions. - Identify and resolve operational issues at their root cause, and continuously improve system reliability and team processes. A day in the life You'll spend your time writing and reviewing code, whiteboarding system designs, and pairing with teammates to solve real technical challenges in ad delivery at scale. You'll participate in design discussions, contribute to sprint planning, and work closely with product managers to ensure what you're building aligns with customer needs. When operational questions arise, you'll dig into metrics and logs to find answers and drive permanent fixes.
