They stay up-to-date with new solutions, read recent papers, explore ideas, brainstorm and freely connect with others to cooperate. They detect, investigate and resolve complex problems, sometimes through creating software solutions, and sometimes just through finding and reusing something that exists. They partner with leaders to focus on right things and make good decisions. They are making sure the team follows best design and programming best practices, as well as lead operational efforts. About the team We build the Ring devices, from doorbells and cameras to security products. Our work starts before the hardware exists and continues long after launch, which means we own architecture, bring up, feature delivery, and the health of what is already in customers' homes. Our mission is to make devices that people trust, and to make them ship on time.
