Job description
工作职责
负责机器人关节控制器通信协议设计与开发,包括:
CAN/EtherCAT/RS485/UART/
SPI/
Ethernet等工业总线协议
负责机器人关节驱动器与上位控制器之间的通信软件开发与调试。
负责关节电机控制板、驱动器及主控系统的数据交互接口设计。
建立机器人关节网络通信架构,优化系统实时性、同步精度及通信稳定性。
负责EtherCAT从站(Slave)协议栈开发及调试。
负责CANopen、CiA402等运动控制协议的开发与应用。
参与机器人运动控制系统开发,实现关节状态、位置、速度、扭矩等数据实时传输。
分析并解决机器人运动过程中通信延迟、丢包、同步误差等问题。
编写通信协议规范文档、接口文档及测试文档。
配合硬件、电机控制、运动控制及整机团队完成系统联调和性能优化。
