Your Role We are seeking a motivated and versatile Software Engineer to join our growing Enterprise Architecture engineering team. This individual will work closely with architects, engineers, and business partners to support existing applications while helping design and develop new solutions that advance our technology capabilities and strategic objectives. In this role, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of a diverse portfolio of solutions spanning cloud technologies, application development, workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and enterprise platforms . You will collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements, solve technical challenges, and deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. Success in this role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills , along with the flexibility to adapt as priorities and technologies evolve. You will have opportunities to work with modern technologies including Azure, Python, AI agents, workflow orchestration platforms, and other emerging technologies , gaining hands-on experience while helping shape the future of Enterprise Architecture solutions. Requirement/Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and support applications, integrations, and automation solutions used by Enterprise Architecture and technology teams Partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions across a variety of platforms and technologies Assist in building cloud-based applications and services utilizing Azure and related technologies Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration solutions Support the development of AI-enabled capabilities, including agent-based solutions, copilots, and intelligent automation Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues and implement sustainable resolutions Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure solution quality and maintainability Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and support materials Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend opportunities to improve existing solutions and development practices Preferred Skills Cloud & Application Development Experience developing applications and services using cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure Familiarity with modern software development practices, including REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Java Understanding of application lifecycle management, source control, and CI/CD practices AI & Emerging Technologies Interest in and exposure to AI-enabled solutions, including copilots, intelligent automation, and agent-based applications Familiarity with AI development platforms and services such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain Semantic Kernel or similar technologies / frameworks Ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies to solve business problems Automation & Integration Experience developing integrations between applications, platforms, and services Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or similar platforms Understanding of common integration patterns, REST APIs, messaging, and data exchange mechanisms Data & Analytics Understanding of data management, data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles Experience working with structured and unstructured data to support application development and business solutions Familiarity with data quality and reporting concepts Enterprise Technology Exposure to enterprise applications, architecture concepts, and technology governance practices Understanding of application design patterns and software engineering best practices Ability to balance technical solutions with business needs in a large-scale enterprise environment Professional Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and innovation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 2-5 years of experience in software development, application engineering, solution delivery, or a related technology role. Experience developing applications using languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar technologies. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services, preferably Microsoft Azure. Experience working with APIs, integrations, web services, and modern application architectures. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams. Experience with source control, software development lifecycle practices, and DevOps concepts such as Git, CI/CD, and automated testing. Exposure to data management, data integration, data modeling, or data analytics concepts. Interest in emerging technologies such as AI agents, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and cloud-native application development.
