Analyze telemetry, lifecycle, and capacity data across ISM pipelines to optimize technical workflows, improve yield, and guide organizational strategy. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in technical program management (TPM) or engineering program management. 5 years of experience driving technical delivery across hardware, data center infrastructure, silicon/semiconductor, or technology manufacturing supply chain environments. Preferred qualifications: Experience partnering directly with Director or VP-level technical leadership in an executive advisory, technical operations, or Chief of Staff-style capacity. Strong background in data analysis, telemetry, and capacity modeling to drive operational efficiency, yield improvements, and risk mitigation across complex technical pipelines. Demonstrated track record of establishing organization-wide governance, OKR cadences, and operating rhythms for large multi-disciplinary engineering organizations. Deep technical domain knowledge in data center hardware, server/rack architectures, custom silicon/ASICs, optical networking, power infrastructure, or electronics manufacturing (EMS/ODM). Proven ability to apply engineering judgment to evaluate architectural trade-offs, resolve technical escalations, and unblock cross-functional dependencies. Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with proven success influencing without authority across engineering, supply chain, finance, and legal teams.
