What you'd work on: - A large-scale, multi-tenant fee calculation platform that processes high-volume Selling Partner transactions in near real time - Core systems across the fee ecosystem — fee strategy engines, fee integrity/accuracy monitoring, weight-and-dimension capture, fee data platforms, and Seller fee-preview tooling (e.g., Revenue Calculator) - Fee transparency experiences that let Sellers understand what they'll be charged before and after a sale What we value (our tenets) - Scalable Integrity — we automate quickly and prioritize fee accuracy from data sources, even over speed, to preserve Selling Partner trust - Transparency — fees should be easy to understand both prospectively (preview) and retrospectively - Flexible Standardization — reusable, configurable building blocks that still support genuinely custom needs Key job responsibilities As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll be accountable to help define your team's system architecture. You’ll own and implement specific components, and help shape the overall your team's technical strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other engineering team members to help define the product. As an experienced engineer, you will provide the technical experience to the team, drive best practices, mentor other engineers and drive continuous improvements in engineering and operational excellence.You'll also champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows to raise team productivity and code quality.
