We are seeking a
Full-Stack Developer
with strong
frontend expertise
in
React, TypeScript,
modern styling, and design systems
to join our Creative Technology team. While this is a
full-stack role, we are specifically looking for someone whose strengths lie in building beautiful,
performant user interfaces, component architecture, and frontend-driven solutions. You should
also be comfortable contributing to backend services built with C#/.NET, PostgreSQL and AWS.
This is not a traditional enterprise engineering role. We are looking for someone who thrives in
fast-moving, idea-driven environments and enjoys collaborating closely with designers,
strategists, and creatives to translate conceptual ideas into engaging, scalable digital solutions.
You should be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and evolving requirements.
As a member of our development team, you will help design, build, and maintain modern digital
solutions with an emphasis on
React/TypeScript development, component systems, user
interface excellence, and accessible experiences
. You will collaborate across disciplines,
particularly with designers, while contributing creatively to how experiences are conceived,
designed, and built. This role reports to the
Director of Development.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications with a focus on
React/TypeScript frontend architecture and user experience.
● Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using
React, TypeScript,
modern CSS frameworks, and design system patterns.
● Collaborate with designers and
Figma
to translate designs and interaction concepts into
high fidelity, responsive digital experiences.
● Develop
component libraries and design systems
that enable consistent,
maintainable UI across projects.
● Contribute to backend services using
C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core), and REST APIs
to
support frontend applications.
● Work with
relational
and
NoSQL databases
(SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) to
support application development.
● Support the deployment of web applications and frontend infrastructure using
AWS
services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, ECS and RDS.
● Participate in
CI/CD workflows
and deployment automation using
Infrastructure as
Code (Terraform),
containerization, and cloud native tooling.
● Collaborate with designers, digital producers, QA, and fellow developers to deliver
polished, high-quality digital solutions.

● Experienced with design collaboration tools and comfortable translating design intent
into code.
● Adaptable, curious, and excited to work in a creative, fast-moving agency environment.
● A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with designers, strategists, and
non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
●
3+ years
of professional full-stack or frontend development experience with modern
technology stacks.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional
experience.
● Strong experience with
React, TypeScript
, and modern
JavaScript
, including
component composition, hooks, state management, and modern application
architecture.
● Strong experience with semantic
HTML
, modern
CSS/Sass
, responsive design, and
building reusable, accessible user interfaces.
● Experience with design systems and component architecture, with a strong
understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross browser compatibility.
● Experience collaborating with designers and translating design intent and interaction
concepts into polished digital experiences.
● Experience integrating frontend applications with
REST APIs
and handling
asynchronous data and client side application state.
● Working knowledge of
C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core
, or similar backend technologies, with
the ability to contribute across the full stack when needed.
● Experience deploying web applications to
AWS
and familiarity with
Git, CI/CD
pipelines,
and modern development workflows.
Bonus Skills:
● Experience with
Figma
.
● Experience with
Next.js
or other React frameworks.
● Experience with state management libraries (
Redux
, Zustand, etc.).
● Familiarity with
Contentful
or other headless CMS platforms.
● Experience with
MarTech, AdTech,
or marketing automation platforms.
