Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our development team and help build high-quality software solutions that support critical business capabilities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an engineer with up to two years of professional experience who is passionate about software development, enjoys solving complex problems, and embraces modern AI-assisted engineering practices.
We value strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and a growth mindset more than expertise in any specific programming language. Successful candidates may have experience in C++, Python, Java, or C# and should be comfortable learning new technologies as business needs evolve.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business value.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and production problems.
Utilize modern AI-assisted and agentic development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, automation, testing, and deployment processes.
Learn new technologies and programming languages as required by project needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2+ years of professional software development experience outside internship experience
Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C++/ Python/Java /C#
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including: Object-oriented programmingData structures and algorithmsVersion control (Git)Software testing principlesDebugging and problem solving
Experience using AI-assisted development tools for software engineering tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship, co-op, research, or personal project experience demonstrating software development skills.
Experience with agentic software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
Experience developing applications, services, APIs, or automation solutions.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
Exposure to Agile software development methodologies.
