Understanding of SRE and modern operations practices, including incident resolution, capacity management, AIOps, policy-based automation, self-healing services, and operational toil reduction. Contribute to the future evolution of engineering access services through self-service workflows, policy-aware automation, AI-assisted operations, improved observability, secure cloud access patterns, and scalable service operations. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience supporting Linux systems in shared, distributed, production, HPC, engineering, or enterprise environments. Experience supporting Linux VDI or remote visualization platforms such as OpenText/Rocket Exceed TurboX (ETX), Citrix, or similar technologies, with familiarity with ThinX, HDX, PCoIP, or related protocols. Practical scripting or automation experience using Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar tools. Proficiency in automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, GitLab CI/CD, and REST APIs, including Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management, and automated deployment practices.
