Lead Software Engineer

Job Description 7–10 Yrs of hands-on experience in Progress 4gl and related technologies (e.g., AppServer, WebSpeed, PAS for OpenEdge); Exposure to Source control systems (Git) Exposure to IT service management platforms like ServiceNow; understanding of Incident management, SLA tracking, and Release management. ITSM Certification is a plus. Adherence to development standards and best practices Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation concepts, with an interest in applying them to improve engineering efficiency and workflows Second and third level technical support to International client base in the financial industry. Experience with Visual studio code is a plus.
