We are looking for a Software Installation Engineer who is enthusiastic, curious, and motivated—whether you are beginning your career in high‑tech healthcare or bringing experience from a similar role. ​ K ey Responsibilities In this meaningful role, you will: Perform on‑site installation and upgrades of our Oncology Information Systems and related equipment, directly supporting our mission to advance cancer care. Travel across the EMEA region to meet customers and collaborate with local clinical teams; most installations last approximately one week . Conduct software upgrades during weekends , as required in our clinical environment, where minimizing disruption for patients is essential. Travel frequently—approximately 50–75% of your time—with the support of a team that values safety, flexibility, and work‑life balance. After comprehensive world‑class training, take ownership of installation, testing, and handover of life‑impacting software solutions. Work both independently and in small project teams, supported by a strong global network ready to advise and guide whenever needed. Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications Degree from a Technical Institute or University in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering , or a related field. Knowledge of VMWare, Citrix, Windows Server/Client technologies—any of these is an asset. Experience with Domains, Active Directory, MS SQL , and system‑level troubleshooting. Strong willingness and ability to travel 50–75% of the time. Fluency in English and local language , spoken and written. Curiosity and motivation to continuously learn new technologies. Ability to work both independently and responsibly, especially when installations are time‑sensitive and impact patient treatment schedules. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we highly value mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to high‑quality work.
