Location: Kraków (hybrid work - 3 days per week in the office) Join the Site Reliability Engineering team supporting Sabre Mosaic Agency Workspace , the primary access point to Sabre services and third-party solutions for travel agencies worldwide. This role is critical to accelerating engineering productivity through deployment automation, CI/CD excellence, cloud infrastructure management, and observability. Design, build, and continuously improve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms that enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery. Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Infrastructure as Code practices and automation-first principles. Build and enhance observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, SLI/SLO definitions, and reliability reporting. Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve application reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness across Kubernetes-based environments. Drive operational excellence through incident response, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, capacity planning, and proactive automation initiatives. What you'll bring Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architectures. Knowledge of Kubernetes , Helm , and containerized application deployments. Experience with Terraform , GitHub , and GitHub Actions for infrastructure management and CI/CD automation. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for automation and operational excellence. Nice to have: Programming and scripting experience in Python .
