[ETA] AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer (2-3 years of experience)

Welcome to the ETA Department The ETA team specializes in the AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) platform, working closely with ETAS the global leader in automotive embedded systems tools. This collaboration gives us a strong edge in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. As part of ETA regional teams, you’ll have the opportunity to implement platform components and work directly with clients, gaining hands-on experience in both development and communication. Responsibilities: Be able to integrate MCAL, BSW, RTE and SWCs in projects which are based on AUTOSAR Classic Platform /or develop Flash Bootloader on specific targets Work directly with German/ Chinese / Korean/ Japanese customers Understand and analyze customer's requirements Software development, integration and testing based on requirements Execute software development tasks, document user guides, test results and report problems Handling tickets of new features, issues and change requests for the software platform Debug and maintain the software running on target devices (Real ECU and Virtual ECU) via network TCP/IP or Automotive protocols Provide effort estimation and other inputs for project planning Have several chances to travel to customer sites for business purpose Mentoring junior team members Technologies used: AUTOSAR (Com, Mem, Diag, Sys...), CAN/LIN/ETH, OSEK, RTOS, Cyber Security SW/HW w/ HSM, FBL, OTA, SOTA, Rollback, Self-Update SW Software Signature and SecureBoot. Educational background Major in Computer Engineering/ Electrical-Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. Technical skills 2-3 years of experience in embedded software development Good knowledge of micro-controller, processor and embedded system Have experience in bare metal programming in embedded systems (C programming skills) Have experience in Embedded software development (C/C++ programming skills). Design methodology using OOAD, UML and design patterns Automotive communication protocols know-how, e.g. Ethernet /SOMEIP/CAN/ LIN/ Flexray and Classic AUTOSAR architecture & methodology should be advantages. Experience in Software Development Life-cycle Exposure to emulators, simulators, debugging and test equipment Exposure to Real Time Operating System (RTOS) It'd be a big advantage if you have experience in Flash bootloader development Soft-skills and language skills Good communication skills, able to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staffs Good analytical skills Be able to work independently or with minimum supervision Good English communication skills.
